Mindfulness is an approach to life that helps us relate and react differently to our experiences by paying attention to our thoughts and feelings in a way that increases our ability to manage difficult situations; whilst Meditation takes us to a place of profound inner peace within the body, spirit & soul.
To live a life of peace & harmony in todays society, these are both a MUST!

Tuesdays and Fridays 7pm - 8.30pm
I run weekly meditation evenings in Newton Abbot, Devon. It's a lovely welcoming group of people who enjoy the peace and brief 'time out' from their everyday lives, in the relaxing environment which I have created. Complete beginners to meditation very welcome.
Refreshments and time for discussion included.
