Large double angel wing with hanging angel and 'forever in my heart' charm. Lovely mixture of clear and silver coloured beads. Finished with white organza ribbon at the bottom of the beads. 
Hanging over the top of this, from a piece of chain, is a silver coloured charm with Special Auntie engraved onto it.
The decoration is hung from the beaded loop.
Comes in a pretty organza bag and wrapped in tissue paper.
