I initially made a pair of these for myself! I'm really happy with them as they're very light to wear and look great any time of day. I've now made them in lot's of other colours too...and yes, I want all of them as well!
The earrings consist of long sari silk tassels in a lovely burnt orange colour, with tiny Carnelian gemstone beads hanging from nylon cord. They hang from sterling silver earwires. 
** Sari silk ribbon is a handmade unique (deliberately frayed) ribbon yarn, produced from recycled sari silk fabric left over from the sari manufacturing in India. The yarn I purchase is ethically produced by a women's co-operatives and craftspeople that the company work with in rural deprived areas of northern India. Handmade and hand dyed.**
