I've hand knotted these beautiful cultured Pearls (using silk thread) and added a Sterling Silver clasp at the back, to make this gorgeous 2 strand , ONE OF A KIND necklace. 
In between the Pearls are Sterling Silver beads. At the front of one strand, I've attached a Sterling Silver connector (which also features a Cultured Pearl in the centre), to make it unique.
