I've used brown cotton cord to thread the combination of purple and brown wooden beads with antique copper beads. Hanging at the front of the necklace is a lovely semi-precious Charoite bead pendant (measuring 1.5cm height by 1cm width).
The necklace is 18 inches in length and fastens at the back with an antique copper magnetic clasp.
[ Please be aware that natural crystals and semi-precious stones often have marks and perceived flaws; these are, in my
opinion, part of their uniqueness and purity, before very often, some of their raw energy is polished away. It also gives them a certain uniqueness. 
Just because a crystal or stone is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you, personally, will definitely experience, or benefit, from any such properties.
Remember, crystals and stones are also a thing of visual beauty, therefore are very often (and quite rightly) purchased solely for this reason and not for their specific properties. ]
