I've used natural pink Cultured Pearls and natural pink faceted Rose Quartz beads, with Sterling Silver to create this pretty necklace and earrings.

The necklace fastens at the back with a Sterling silver lobster clasp. I've added an extender chain (for those wishing to adjust the length) and added a little Pearl and Rose Quartz charm.
