This is a beautiful handmade Cultured Pearl and pale pink Rose Quartz gemstone pendant with sterling silver beads inbetween.
I've thread it onto an adjustable sterling silver diamond cut chain, giving either a 16 inch or 18 inch length. 
Hanging at the end of the extender chain, as a pretty feature, is a matching Pearl and Rose Quartz bead.
A simple beautiful design appealing to all ages, especially as Pearls have become a real fashion statement of late and can be seen on many celebrities young and 'not so young'.
 
With the right care, Pearls are a great heirloom piece to be handed down to generations.
