I've made this beautiful gemstone and and sterling silver ankle bracelet using genuine Sapphire beads.
The anklet is very light and comfortable and features an extender chain, so you can adjust it to fit. 
The beautiful dark blue, faceted Sapphire beads have been linked onto sterling silver belcher style chain, with sterling silver beads either end. 
The ankle bracelet fastens with a sterling silver trigger clasp. The extender chain features a small silver bead and Sapphire beads at the end, to give a pretty look when dangling down.
