This is a lovely Scolecite (aka Wedding stone) pendant, with a decorative sterling silver bail. This has then been attached to black faux suede cord, to make a simple but pretty necklace.
 
The necklace fastens with a sterling silver toggle bead at the back, so the length can be adjusted.
